I have these inside my running shoes and they are excellent. They support my feet in just the right way and I no longer have to worry about my feet aching after a long run when wearing these in my shoes!

They will make your shoes feel a lot more comfortable… but for injury prevention I prefer the other arch support insoles from Footreviver as they have better arch support than these.
