I suffer from shin splints all the time when I run.. So I decided to buy these too see if they could help stop shock aggravating my shins and I’m really pleased to say they have! Whilst I still get a bit of pain and tightness in my shins every now and again they are nowhere near as bad! These get 5 stars from me!
