I got plantar fasciitis recently so bought a few different insoles online and only these seemed to ease my pain. I tried these but they were to big for my boots and the gel felt weird when wearing them.
Sent them back and got a full refund.. ended up buying some of these arch support insoles from footreviver instead which were much better.

I wear these to stop my feet hurting at work! Provides really good shock absorption and support to my feet when wearing them which making my shoes so much more comfortable to wear plus they are nice and light weight and not bulky like other insoles I have had in the past.

These are some pretty good insoles! Before I buying these insoles I bought some scholl gel active insoles that were advertised on tv which were absolute garbage and did nothing to help with my foot pain. As soon as I started wearing these. One of my friends who is a keen runner and knows how to look after his feet suggested I buy these insoles and I’m really glad I did. As soon as I started wearing these insoles in my shoes I could feel a massive difference.
