For work I am expected to stand around on hard flooring for long periods without rest. This really does wreck you feet after a while so so I bought these insoles to try to help my feet cope better. I am really glad I bought them as they have helped a lot and stopped my feet aching and hurting after long shifts. As we speak I am buying more pairs for my other shoes!

Iv fitted these inside my work shoes and they have really helped me and my feet no longer hurt after a long shift anymore. These insoles don’t have the best arch support in the world so wont help with things such as plantar fasciitis etc, but if you need insoles that will stop shock from hurting after being on them for ages then these are the best in my opinion!
