Here’s what I liked and didn’t like about these insoles..mostly I liked them!
Pro’s:
-Great support and have really helped my flat feet and stop them form hurting.
-Good shock absorption.. means it doesn’t matter what surface I am running on I wont feel any shocks hurt my feet.
-Heel cup is very solid and good at stopping your heels from hurting.
-Very light weight and don’t bulk up your shoes when you wear them.
Con’s:
-No metatarsal pad means they don’t support the ball of your foot so this area is still prone to injury and such.
-I had to cut them down to the right size which was a little bit tricky, you need really sharp scissors or else it just gets really messy.

If your wanting a good pair of insoles then I high recommend giving these a try! They are brilliant, they will give you so much support and comfort! Also they are so light weight to wear aswell unlike so many other insoles that I have worn in the past that would just bulk up my shoes and feel heavy 🙂

I do a lot of running so need some insoles with plenty of arch support but they also need to be super lightweight and extremely durable…these insoles tick all the boxes!
