These are some top-notch insoles! They are really comfortable and I wear them all the time when I play sports now and I never get any foot pain or aches anymore.

These are okay but as I have flat feet I need more arch support than what these provided. Returned them and got some of these instead which are a lot better for supporting my flat feet>>> http://footreviver.com/product/footreviver-arch-support-insoles/
