For anyone thinking of buying a pair then I definitely would! I got my pair delivered today and just went out running in them and I can feel a massive difference. After running for 2 hours non stop I finished with no foot aches or pain at all. Usually Id get really bad aches and pains and would need to put my feet up for an hour or two. The shock absorption is really good and you don’t feel any shock or jolts even if your running on hard pavement. They don’t over support your feet like so many other insole brands do. Overall I am really pleased with them and they get 5 stars from me 🙂

Started wearing these after I injured my foot playing football.. after about a week of wearing my feet feel as good as new! Have really improved the comfort of my shoes and can walk and stand around for ages without any foot aches pain or problems. As we speak I am buying more pairs for the rest of my shoes.

I’m a keen a runner and needed some insoles to stop shock from damaging my feet when my foot hits the pavement. After trying numerous pairs of insoles I found that these stopped shock and supported my feet the best. Since wearing them in my running shoes I have had no problems whatsoever with my feet and everything feels a lot more comfort when I run now! Very happy with them indeed 🙂
