I have been suffering form plantar fasciitis for quite sometime now and tried loads of different shoe inserts to try to get rid of my pain. All failed except from these. After wearing them for around a week my pain has subsided and I have since start running again. What I really like about these insoles is that the support is really rigid but doesn’t over support your feet and what’s more they don’t bulk up your shoes which seemed to be a real problem with the other insoles I tried 🙂
